ImageCLASS MF247dw - Error Message about Google Cloud Print

fswintjr

For the past week I've been getting an error message on the display saying: "Google Clound Print Err. Check that the device is properly connected to the network. Also check firewall and proxy server settings"

I updated the firmware, and re-installed the driver software and I still get this message. My firewall settings do not show my printer connection is blocked. If this is something involving proxy settings, I'd need help with that. Otherwise the printer works fine, just that error messaeg keeps appearing.

How do I either fix this error message, or delete it.

Thank you.

Greetings,

This message sounds like its related to the configuration on the printer.

If you want to stop the annoying beeps from the printer, deregister the printer from Google Cloud Print and then disable the Google Cloud Print feature.

I have switch Cloud print to off and it does not help.   Google does not show any Cloud Print options in my account.    How do you deregister the machine itself?

Steps to deregister from Google Cloud Print is found in the manual:
