I set upmy printer to print from E-mail, and received a confirmation message in my email address confirming that print from email was set up, but when I go over to my printer, it keeps say "This printer is not registered with "Print from email"
I have been working on this for 3 hours, I need to know what is going on.
My printeris a new PIXMA MG7120.

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know what Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your device (USB or networked via WiFi or Ethernet).
