I've registered, de-registered, and re-registered several times. The printer will show up when I go to Google Cloud Print but is always grayed out and shows off line. I've looked all over and can't seem to get a straight answer on this.
I'd very much appreciate any help.

Here's what we need to indentify the issue.
1.What is the operating system you are currently using?
2.Is the printer connected via USB cable or Wi-Fi?
3.Can you put up a self-test/configuration printout?
These will really help out alot to isolate the problem.
