Inherited an old printer from my boss - am trying to set it up for my office. Unfortunately, the setup CD is no longer in sight. Would appreciate any help.
Here's what I've tried so far.
I've downloaded ALL recommended drivers and software from (http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp495). Restarted my computer countless time, yet, my computer still cannot detect/recognize the printer.
I've also followed the instruction on this site (http://forums.usa.canon.com/t5/Wireless-Networking/mp-495-how-to-connect-to-wireless-without-setup-c... - despite it being for Windows - and still to no avail.
Would appreciate if someone could help me out.

It would appear as though you have tried everything that we would suggest. You may want to speak with a Canon technical support representative.
