How to link my new 70d with my Apple iPhone 6 plus

I've read the manual, followed instructions but can't send my Cannon 70d photos to my iPhone 6 plus. Seems like the manual was written before the 6 plus came out. Can you give me, or tell me where to find very easy to understand instructions.? Thanks.

Yes, but it keeps telling me that the camera is not connected. I'm completely confused with what the manual says about connecting the camera.
