my Canon 600EX-RT doesn't fire with canon 60D, 550D & 5D M2, but works with Triggers

My canon 600EX RT stopped working with 60D alomost 6 months ago, 1 month back it sttopped firing with 550D, and today it suddenly stoped firing while mounted and being used with 5D M2. the flash fires properly while being used with a trigger or if mounted on Camera with a transeiver.......i'm not findung any reason or solution, plz help!!

Check that all the pins on the flash foot are moving freely.
