i have a problem with my scanner canonscan LiDE 25

my scanner was work pretty well without any problem

but yesterday i just find out that my scanner won't work,every time i try to scan with CanoScan Toolbox 4.9 it always not working

its on Windows 64-bit

You tried all the normal stuff?  Reboot the computer?  Check the USB cable and port.  Reinstall the software.

yeps...all done...

-restart

-re-install both the software and the scanner

-try another software (like PaperScan)

-i even try to do restore system!!!

-check the USB,everyhting fine,when i plug it,the Scanner move and make a little motor-like sound like always when i plug it

haha...well i've stuck on this...

well,i suspect perhaps there's something wrong with the scanner,perhaps the dinamo or motor-thing

 

something weird happen though

it just a week before i try to scan my document,i had to do hard reset(push the power button for some second to turn it off) but all of my program work just fine till now.

 

i only use my laptop for browsing and some digital graphic app like photoshop,paint tool SAI,etc
