Where to download EOS Utility for Rebel T5

The download page for Rebel T5 has only EOS Utility update, not the original EOS Utililty installation package.   Could anyone tell me where to find the Utility installation package?

Hello hong! If you choose an earlier version of the Operating System you will see a download for "EOS Digital Solution Disk Software 29.1A for Windows (For users who cannot use the bundled CD)" This will install the program and you can then run the update file after the installation has completed.

I have just followed your tip.  It works.  I downloaded and installed the solution for Windows 8.1 64-bit, then ran the updator.
