Hi Everyone,
I have a Canon rebel T3i 600D. I use it to make pictures under standard conditions in a photobox with my computer.
Before every shots, I make a Test Shot to check the white balance. But, I don't know why, today when I click on the "Test Shot", an error message appears, and the lonely indication is "BUSY".
However, I didn't change any parameters since a long time.
If somebody had this problem, could you help me please?
Thanks you for the time you will take for me.
Best regards
Xander

What happens if you use the camera without the computer, hand held? Do you still experience the same issue?
What is telling you "busy", the camera, the software, or both? When do you see "busy", before, during, or after you snap a picture?
Have you checked your camera settings to be sure that nothing has been accidentally changed? My fumbling fingers change camera settings all of the time, thanks to that spinning wheel on top of the camera.
