Mobile image.canon trouble

Hi, I try to send photos by e-mail from my mobile and my mobile application image.app failed with message: "An error has ocurred." What happened?

EOS 6D, EF 24-105 mm 1:4 L IS USM, EF 50mm 1:1,8 II, Speedlite 580 EX II

Which app are you using?

Android or iOS phone.

Is the image on the phone or are you connecting camera to phone and trying to send an image on the camera?
