Hi all,
I tried the camera on 2 computers (windows 10 64) as webcam, but the result is basically the same.
The device manager is properly showing the m200 as portable device. (Eos utility is not installed)
Zoom is just displaying a splash screen "EOS Webcam Utility".
In addition, when I insert a SD card and the USB cable is connected, the camera screen immediately switches to a black splash screen displaying a battery and computer symbol, when I remove the SD card, I have access to the LCD screen.
It would be really unfortunate if I need to return this otherwise nice camera.
Any potential solutions?
Thanks a lot,
Wolfgang

What instructions are you following to set it up? If you are trying to use the Zoom app, then you may not be setting it up correctly. There are a pair of threads in the Camera Software forum, they provide instructions, hints, and tips.
It is my understanding that the Zoom app was updated, and now works with the Webcam Utility on Macs. Check to see if there is an update for the Windows Zoom app.
