Took me over a year to get this software running on a Windows OS, due to another poster on here that got his solution from a third party and shared it on here and it worked! If you are running windows and your IB EX downloads, but wont open or acts erratic here is the solution: open internet explorer go to tools- internet options-advanced tab and click on "reset I.E to default settings" then either reopen imagebrowser or reinstall it and voila! If only Canon had come up with that idea it would have saved a lot of time wasted with their techs on the phone whom are usually helpful but on this problem were clueless. They told me IB EX is only for Macs! hmmmm...... then why is there downloads offered for Windows OS??
