I have communicated with tech support at Canon and were referred to Toshiba and Microsoft. It could be fixed for $150 or $99 dollars. If such a fix is available why do I pay for a just purchased unit. It appears that the format from the printer does not meet what Windows 7 needs to place the info into My Documents.
