Digital Photo Professional - Where is the HELP file?

I'm curious.  Am I the only person who has installed DPP4, and did not get a HELP file?  No one else seems to have the same complaint.  When I click "Help" in the menu, there is only one selection, "About".  Good thing I have used DPP3.

Thanks, John.  I've been trying to help my son get set up.  "But, Dad, it ain't there."   "Huh?"

Maybe I missed it, senior moment, but it seems that Canon doesn't make the manual available for download with every camera that uses DPP4.  I hope Canon is listening to this.

@Bob  Okay, I'm not going crazy.  There really is no "Help" built into the program.

Thanks again, John.

Apparently the only camera bodies in that support portal that have a link to the DPP4 manual are the 1D Series, Mark 2,3, and 4.

Are you sure there is one? I don't see it either.

Exactly.  There isn't a link to "Help" built into the program.  There is a not so easy to find "User Manual" in PDF format.
