"Unfortunately, we have to inform you that we have not yet received an update of our EOS Utility software from our headquarter in Tokyo, which fixes the problem under Mac OS 10.15 that has existed since the update to 10.15.2 on December 11, 2019. In addition, we have not received a date yet from when the update will be available.

This is insane! Has anyone found a work around? Looks like Capture One has been able to fix the issue, but the rest of us Canon Utilities folks are left in the dust... after reverting to 10.15.1 Apple has dropped the "Mail" app support so now I'm stuck buying an email application to be able to continue shooting tethered. Canon help us out!
