Saturday I got to walk around Southport, NC for a little while. I took the first picture from the Saltmarsh Boardwalk, R6 Mark II with the 24-105 STM lens at 42mm, f 7.1, 1.200, ISO 100. I continued my walk about and saw 20 Ruddy turnstones and 30 Laughing Gulls hanging out along the waterfront. Normally I would not shoot birds with this lens, but I rarely see Ruddy Turnstones, I did get close enough for a few shots, it is heavily cropped. 105mm, F9, 1/200, ISO 100
