Hello. I recently started using M365 hosted email. When using CaptureOnTouch software to create a scan to email, the text that is entered into the body of the email goes missing after sending the message. If I manually create the email and attach a .PDF there is no problem with missing text. There was no problem using my previous hosted exchange server email with the scan to email. I have updated the CaptureOnTouch software and firmware for the scanner. Any ideas?

Thanks Danny. This is happening on Windows10 and Windows11. It has kind of stumped me, currently some of our users have two M365 accounts as we are in the midst of changing Domain names. These accounts are separate tenants. Only the new account is giving the issue. We do use Proofpoint as an email filter and Exclaimer as a program that creates email signatures, but both accounts use the same tools.
