Talking about my CanoScan LiDE 300. I'm wondering if having Windows 11 on my new laptop is the problem 😞
According to the messages, I have successfully installed ScanGear, the Set-Up is complete, the IJ Scan Ultility is completed, and installation completed successfully.
BUT... the scanner isn't starting up and there's no icon to click on to scan something even if it does start.
???? PLEASE can someone tell me how to use my scanner???

Please try the steps HERE and then open IJ Scan Utility and try to scan again.
