Cannon DR-3010C scanner can't scan to email after Office 365 upgrade

We upgrade our to MS o365 our Outlook version is Microsoft 365 MSO version 2304 build 16.0.16327.20200 64 bit, after the uprade our Cannon DR-3010C can't scan to email we get a login error message, I'm uninstalled and reinstall the drivers and CaptureOn Touch to no avail, please advise. scanner.JPG
