I cant download mp4 files from my SD Card on my XA70 camera

I cant download 3.99 GB mp4 files from my SD Card on my XA70 camera. All other file sizes download fine, including 2.86 GB size files. I have tried external 6-1 card readers and directly from the USB on camera to PC. I can watch the clips on the camera as well.

What operating system are you running?  You'd have to be running an OS with FAT32 to have a 4 GB file size limitation.  (Unlikely if modern)

Are you downloading to local storage or to an external drive with different formatting? 

Tell us more about your OS environment?

I have tried downloading to an external drive and locally to the C drive. It is not a FAT32 as shown in the snip it

Can you please tell us what's the error message you are receiving?

These are the two errors im getting. One is through the import app and the other is just copying from the camera to the desktop.

Exactly how are you trying to download - dragging from the card, copy and paste, a downloading application?

I am doing all three and using other programs that give an option to pull footage from the camera as well. Several different computers as well, with different specs.
