Hello!
I am using my canon 2600 pro for bulk printing, I have this issue that happens every single day with paper getting stuck.
The paper getting stuck is the cutted paper (See video and image attached) , it does not fall down properly and gets stuck so the Blue knife goes back on top of the paper and with this the machine stops and I have to re-do so much work every single day.
The "fix" I have right now is having wooden planks on the back wheels of the machine so it leans more so the paper falls down (it still gets stuck every single day, but not multiple times a day) but this gives me another issue, the machine cant detect how much ink there is in the tanks because the machine is leaning.
I really hope someone has a solution for this since I have had this issue for a long time and I cannot fix it on my own,
Best regards Malkolm
