When attempting an 11x14 print with my Canon Pixma Pro-100 I receive a series of black vertical lines approximately .5 inches in height and 1.5 inches in duration in the lower center of print. I have performed a bottom plate cleaning, a print head cleaning and the encoder film is clean. Any help in remedying this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Greetings,
Are you using Windows or Mac OS, what version and build?
Does this occur on every print or just one?
What application are you printing from, have you tried another?
