What size borders for 8.5x11 13x19 8x10 or go borderless?

I will be printing my artwork on canvas and also photography on canon luster or matte paper. If I buy 8.5x11, 13x19, 8x10 paper should i print those borderless or bordered? If bordered what size would I set the borders to fit on frames? What are the popular sizes? If I wanted to print 8.10 on 8.5x11 paper how would I go about doing that?

Thanks

I will be printing photoshop and/or print studio pro on an imac 10.11

Understood. Same concept; a file is a file - source doesn't matter. You should be able to print a TIFF from Lightroom.

Tell me if these are good image sizes 8.5x11 paper image size 8x10 so this means a frame will show the whole 8x10 image (11x14 frame with 8x10 mat)
13x19 paper with image 12x18 (13x19 or 13.5x19.5 frame with 12x18 mat opening) I know frame sizes vary but want

They're good. 13x19 paper will give a ½ inch border for a 12x18 image. If you use fine art paper then you would want a 10x15 image

Canon has a nice fine art paper "Museum Etching" you can try as well. Canon Luster is a good paper for photos.
