Pro 200--no A3+ paper choice in my photo editing dialogue box. How do I force full 13x19" printing?

Hi. I recently purchased a PIXMA Pro 200. When trying to print full 13x19 inch prints, I can set the paper to A3+ on the printer's screen, but the print dialogue box that comes up on my computer does not have A3+ or Super B in the drop-down menu under the advanced option.  I get paper mismatch errors and closest I can get is to print A3, which wastes 2 inches of the paper on both sides. 

 I admit I am used to Epson printers, which seem to have a much more detailed computer dialogue box when compared to what pops up with the Canon. I use Corel Paintshop Pro as my editing software, but I don't think that is the problem. 

What am I missing?  How can I force the printer to print full 13 x 19 inch prints, including borderless?  Thank you for the help!

2. what software are you trying to print from?

3. have you installed the latest Canon printer driver?

Thank you. I have since figured it out. For some reason, there are two "identities" for the Canon Printer for me to choose from on my network.  One is called Canon Pixma Pro 200, the other "Canon Pixma Pro 200, Copy 1". The "Copy 1" version, when chosen, has the full dialogue box with all the options including A3+. I am not sure why there are two names, but for one the drivers may be corrupt or something.  Thanks again!

Great. Just delete the non-Copy 1 version of the printer. 

Sounds like Windows. You can rename the functioning version after deleting the non-functional one. Just delete the Copy 1 from the name (if you are picky like I am).
