Hi,
my pro 1000 has printing issues. I performed several cleans and a system clean. Phot 1 is after that. All the lines look fine, only the black blocks are smeared and there is a bright line in the CO field. So I performed another Deep Clean. Result: Much worse, Cyan and Magenta almost completely fail CO gray field has still some problems, smearing is le ss.
What do I do?
Do I need a new print head, or is there anything else that can be done?
