I have a Pro-10 and haven't used it in awhile. I cleaned the old print head, and bought OEM inks....still only prints blacks (No color). I purchased a refurbished printhead online, and now I get a B200 error through my computer and both lights on the printer are alternating. Any helpful suggestions?
