Pixma Pro-10 not detecting some of the ink cartridges

Hello all,


I just bought a Pixma Pro-10 and I was setting it up today but after I printed the test page it was apparent to me that the colors on the right side (PBK, C, CO, MBK, GY) do not print. The printer can detect the cartridge and also the ink levels but no black or grey inks are being printed when I do a test print or print a photograph. I also have my warranty but its USA only and i had bought the product in te US but I am currently in Egypt now.

Any suggestions? Has anyone experienced this?

Verify that all the wrapping is off the cartridges.


If yes, maybe try a deep cleaning.
