Do you have the ijSeries version of the driver installed?

Why is there an exclamation point triangle in front of your printer name?

In the Printer box on my MacBook it always has the printer name (MX472 or Pro-100)

Does it do this with all software?

Is it something new?

Yes it does it with all software. I mostly print via photoshop (color managed). I have no printing issues except for Color Options.

I'vr never used Color Options as I've always color corrected within Photoshop but I thought I would try it.

It's been like this since day one. I'm using the most current driver from Canon's website.

FYI, The Color Options feature only works when you choose Printer Manages Colors not Photoshop Manages Colors.

Thanks. I never choose printer manages; that’s why I never saw it that way.

John, you are in reverse. It's only greyed out when the Application (Photoshop) manages colors.
