Cannot connect Pro-100 to internet

I had the Pro-100 set up just fine, but then I upgraded my internet and have not been able to get it to reconnect. I'm running a Macbook Pro with Mojave 10.14.5 and have downloaded the updated drivers. I've tried running the install process to reconnect and have also fully deleted the printer off the computer and then reinstalled but still no luck. I've tried wireless connection as well as wired. Everytime I tried to run the install it freezes at the license agreement screen. Any advice would be extremely appreciated. Thanks in advance.
