Hi,
We are using the Imagerunner Advanced DX C58501i.
Our users need to go to the printer with a tag, give 1x the pincode. The next time they print they onlky have to hold the tags near the printer.
My questions is what protocol is used for that cause when a user is fired the tags is unuseabe for others.
My NFC reader ACR122U does read it but wont delete the printer data.
The used tags are Mifare Classic 1k
Any ideas?

Greetings ,
Canon USA does not provide direct support for its image runner products. They have a dealer network that provides support for these professional Imaging products. If you don't have a dealer, call 1-800-652-2666 and they'll be happy to give you the names of some dealers in your area.
It sounds like you're inquiring about key fobs for user access, you'll need to speak to a dealer about that. They will be able to provide recommendations and solutions.
