imagePROGRAF GP-4000 Shipping Recommendations

We recently purchased an imagePROGRAF GP-4000

which will be shipped across the country every year. Does Canon provide any accessories or recommendations for printers that will be shipped frequently?

I should add, the reason we purchased this is because our last printer arrived broken after the last time it was shipped. Trying to avoid that again!

Yeah big problem for sure. They are big and heavy. The print heads will likely need realignment for sure. But consider the only way Canon can get printers to the US is by shipping so it can be done successfully. If you checked out how Canon shipped it to you in the first place I would do that exact same thing. Use the packing it originally came with. Notice where and what was tapped down.
