ipad won't recognize my 3220 airprint printer

In order to assist with this issue we will need more information.  Is the printer able to print wirelessly to your other computers?  Is the iPad connected to the same netork as the MG3220?

reinstalled disk and everything works fine

My iMac recognizes and prints to the mg3220, but iPad and iPhone can't find it.

Hello.

Make sure that your iPad is connectd to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer and your iMac.  It may be possible that it is connected to a different network.
