Previously I was able to print on my TR8620 printer from several devices (i.e. 2 pc & a smartphone) at once (wirelessly.) After relocating, I can only print from one device at a time. It appears when I setup a new device, the previously setup device no longer is able to print. Advice on how do I ensure several devices are (wirelessly) set up to print?

Hello! Relocating hardware often reveals these little network quirks.
Based on your description—specifically that setting up one device knocks the others offline—it sounds like one of two things is happening:
Re-initializing the Network: You might be running the full "Easy Wireless Connect" setup for every device. This puts the printer into a "waiting" mode, which disconnects it from the router to accept new credentials.
Wireless Direct: You might be connecting your devices directly to the printer's signal (Direct Connection) rather than routing everything through your home Wi-Fi router (Infrastructure).
The Solution: Infrastructure Mode We need to ensure the printer is connected to your Router, and then all your devices will talk to it through the router simultaneously.
Step 1: Get the Printer on the Network (Do this ONCE)
On the TR8620 touch screen, tap the Gear icon (Settings).
Go to Device Settings > LAN settings > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi setup.
Choose Manual connect (this is often easiest).
Select your home Router's Wi-Fi name and enter the password.
Once the screen confirms it is "Connected," you are done with the printer panel. Do not go back to this menu for the next devices.
Step 2: Add the Computers/Phones Now that the printer is on the network, you just need to point your devices to it.
For the PCs: Go to http://ij.start.canon/TR8620 and download the driver. When the installer asks for the connection method, choose "Auto Search" or "Printer is already on the network."
Important: Do not choose "Set up printer for the first time."
For the Smartphone: Open the Canon PRINT app. If your phone is on the same Wi-Fi as the printer, it should see the printer automatically. If it asks to "Set up," say No and just look for the available printer list.
If you connect this way, all devices can stay paired at the same time!
