MAXIFY GX7020 Remote UI site can't be reached

I am attempting to access the remote UI on a Maxify GX7020. I have downloaded and registered the certification file but when I click login, it says the site cant be reached. I have done this through windows, chrome, and edge. What else do I need to do to enable the web interface?
