Canon PIXMA MX330 driver for Mac OS Monterey?

Hi,

I checked the Canon driver page and did not find any drivers for Mac OS Monterey. Seems like it is not supported. Does anyone know of any workarounds?

Thanks,
Sharath

Hi brsharath,

The PIXMA MX330 is not supported with macOS v12 (Monterey).  The last version of Mac that was supported was OSX v10.10 (Yosemite).  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.

If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.

Dear Sirs, I have a canon MX330 and was I'm in need of drivers for a Mac mini with Ventura 13.4 operating system, is a driver available?  Thank You

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MX330 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.

Hope this helps!
