They said paper jam or ink but I changed the ink, the I checked for paper, there is no paper jam, I turned it off for 1min and it still won't work

I got this message on my parents’ printer. Check where the ink cartridges are to see if there is any paper bumping against them. Remove and restart the printer. That did the trick for me.

I have an MX532 printer with Support Code 5100. What can be done to clear it.

There is a 1/8" wide Mylar belt that moves the ink cartridges back and forth. I found that mine had a few clumps of ink on it. The belt is evident by open8ng up the front of the printer as one would to clear a paper jam. Used a kleenex to carefully wipe the belt clear, then powering back up the printer resulted in clearing the code and putting the printer back into normal operation. Yea! No cost other than a Kleenex.

I have a canon pixma ts3300 printer with error code po2 or 5100. It’s brand new. No paper jam. Can’t figure it out. Please advise. Thanks.
