teal prints blue

I have a Canon Pixma MG 3620 and I'm trying to print a project that is teal, however it keeps printing blue. I've read that it may be the magenta ink cartridge, however my printer's colors all come in one cartridge. I've only come across this issue trying to print teal.

Could it be a color calibration issue?  e.g. what do you currently do for your color workflow?  i.e. what is the color space of the image, your display, etc? If you soft-proof for your particular paper stock, do you see the proper colors?

I use procreate to create my work, and i print on both regular printer paper and glossy paper, same result. it's a sticker i'm making, so it's a teal circle. i've tried adjusting the color to be lighter but i just got a lighter blue.

Hello,

Please try printing the image in Easy-PhotoPrint Editor Ver.1.5.5. If you do not have the software, please click HERE to download and install Easy Photo Print. After your print, please let us know if the color is still off.

We look forward to your reply.
