set print to B&W only?

To try to save my color ink, if I want to print a document, for example, that has some color text, I want to set it up to print in B&W. I can't find a way to do that to print, although I can to make copies. Thanks.

Re: set print to B&W only?

Hello.

Using the Grayscale setting will allow you to print in black and white.

Visit the following links for details on how to access this setting:

Quality and Media menu (Mac)

Printer Driver - Main Tab (Windows)
