MX922 keeps telling me it is out of paper when there is a more than adequate supply (1/2" +) in the cassette. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Begonia,
I recommend removing and reinstalling the printer drivers on your computer. You can remove the driver from Devices and Printers in the control panel of your computer. Once they are removed, you can click HERE to open the support page for your printer and download the MX920 series MP Drivers Ver.1.01
If you still have the same issue after reinstalling the driver, please contact our support group at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST(excluding holidays).
