I have a pixma mx492 that won't print, do nozzle check or alignment or anything that involves printing a page. I have tried to do it directly from the buttons and from a usb connection to my laptop. It just sits there with a message on the LCD screen saying " nozzle check" I have tried doing the factory reset but no results. Any ideas?
