I have printer TS5120

Its connected wirelessly and I have a Macbook Air OS Catalina 10.15.3


I am starting to get this message when I try to scan a second page: error 4294957382 


basically the message tells me they cant scan the page and ends the scanning making a PDF document into separate files instead of just one


I restarted my computer and it was fine until the 3rd or 4th page. I also redownloaded the software


Please advise. thanks

There is only limited support for the TS5120 running under OS Catalina.  No driver is listed.


Try using the full version of the IJ Scanner Driver


Uninstall the lite version and restart first.

The only thing that got installed after I deleted the lite version and went to the link u gave me was "IJ Network Device Setup Utility"

Install again Canon IJ Scan utility and it will work with Catalina ver 10.15.4
