I had an old MacBook Pro from mid-2010 that I gave to my wife. I have a 2016 newer one (of course!). I have a Grayscale Printing preset, and the options to delete/duplicate in the Show Presets selection (not that I know how to modify them). She does not have the delete/duplicate buttons, nor the preset. Yes, we can get around it by going to the Default options and choosing Grayscale, but it would be nice if that box worked as mine (and it did before I got my new one).
Very confused about both issues.
Any thoughts?
BTW: I know that Canon is not particularly enthused about Macs, but this should be a no-brainer.
