How do I clear the fax memory of my Pixma MX300 fax/print/scan machine? There is a lot of personal info there. I have looked everywhere in the front control panel, and also in the Canon software/drivers I recently downloaded for Win8.1 64 bit. The In Use/ Memory light is on, and sometimes it says waiting to print, but even that does not clear it.
(These faxes were all sent before the Canon device was ever connected to a computer.)
Someone else asked the same question, but the hot key didn't work. I was just led back to a general forum page, so I don't know if there was any reply
