The software included with the CanoScan 9000F is not capable of scanning directly to Google Drive or Dropbox. However, you may be able to configure either the Google Drive or Dropbox settings to automatically add scanned data to your cloud storage.
If you set these applications to "sync" your default (My Pictures or Pictures) or a custom scan folder, when you perform a scan and save to this folder, the items should automatically sync with the cloud storage. I recommend contacting the software vendor for more information on setting these applications to automatically sync a specific folder.
