I just purchased a new canon mx 920 printer and installed it today. It took 20 minutes to print the test page, (it looked perfect when it was finished), but now it is not printing anything else. I can't figure out why it's not printing my excel shreadsheet, for instance. I hate to have to return this, but I'm afraid that I may have to. Can someone help me?
In order to assist with this issue we will need more information. First, please let us know what version of Windows or Mac you are using on the computer. Also, please let us know what exactly happens when you try to print. If you receive an error, please let us know the exact wording of the error.
