Usually when scanning photos, my Canon MG7520 scanner finds the outer edge of the photo but it usually cuts off one of the edges. how can I fix this? (I'm not sure if it matters, but I am using a Mac w/ the Yosemite operating system.

Hi!

To ensure the most accurate information is provided, we will need to know the model of the product you are using, the version of Windows or Mac in use, and which software you are using to scan.

If this is a time-sensitive matter, our US-based technical support team is standing by, ready to help 24/7 via Email at http://bit.ly/EmailCanon or by phone at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) weekdays between 10 AM and 10 PM ET (7 AM to 7 PM PT).

Thanks and have a great day!

Rather than replying with the tech support line, how about answering the concern so the rest of us don't have to call tech support too. That's the point of a forum
