When You Are Paying Around £3000 a Gallon For Printer Ink...

I bought a new  Canon  TS 8351 on 25th November last year. I bought it because my old reliable Epson Stylus Photo RX620 no longer recognised Windows 10 on my new laptop, so the functions were limited and Epson were no help.

This new printer  doesn't get used much, I've probably used it no more than three dozen times, including three sheets of photos.

But already it's telling me that on color  ink reservoir is nearly empty  and all the rest are less than half full.

What's going on? When you buy a new printer is it unreasonable to expect it has a full load of ink?

and why should one pack of replacement ink carts cost 46% of the price of the printer if you buy it from Canon?

What a rip off.
