Test print missing lines 2 and 3 of both cyan and magenta

Hi I have cleaned, deep cleaned, removed printhead, soaked in soapy water and re-cleaned.

I am always missing lines 2 and 3 of c and m. Line 1 is always perfect.

Why are there 3 sections of c and m? Is it different nozzles or different Drop sizes ? How are these used in printing?

I changed the carts with new ones and it is fixed.
I still don’t understand why a bad cart would print one line perfect and nothing on the other 2.

Hello.

Certain nozzles are used to produce the various color lines in the nozzle check pattern.

Check to make sure that the bright orange tape has been removed from the top of each ink tank.  If the tape was left on the tanks, this would keep ink from flowing properly.
