Perodically the touchscreen on my TS9521C printer becomes unresponsive. The only thing I have been able to do to work around this problem is to power cycle. Is there a firmware update or something that might fix this problem?
It's very annoying to be in the middle of printing and get some error code that needs to be cleared, or want to change paper, only to have the screen ignore all inputs.
