The other day, while printing two-sided, I had a paper jam. Removed the paper intact (no bits left behind), but ever since, my printer won't print the full page - the bottom one inch of text/image is missing. This happens in all programs - Word, Adobe, Chrome webpage, etc.

What verison of Windows is installed on your computer? If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?
Are you using your PIXMA TS9020 wirelessly? Or with a USB cable?

First, please clean the encoder/timing strip in your PIXMA TS9020.
